Santa on Wall St
UPDATE- Due to cool weather we have moved Santa from the Iron to Laughing Seeds heated patio.
Santa & Mrs Claus will be at Laughing Seed on Wall Street for wonderfully magical experience.
Bring your family, have a mug of hot chocolate and chat with the man himself.
DJ Kipper will provide the festive tunes.

Small Biz Weekend
The weekend after Thanksgiving, Wall St will be your one stop shop experience. Since we are hosting pop up shops to businesses impacted by Helene, there are many more shops on the street! Many businesses will have sales and discounts.
November 29th & 30th 10-5
Sunday Street Fair
Every Sunday in December we are going to close off the street to traffic for a walkable street festival. Booths and tents will house vendors and artists who lost their space due to Hurricane Helene.
